Born in Osaka
Daiki Nishimura has been exhibiting his art works at many Japanese Buddhist Temples such as Fugenin, Koyasan, Wakayama and Honenin in Kyoto. His simple compositions bring out the serenity and harshness of clashing light and dark creating an atmosphere of timelessness. In front of his strong images the view can see fragments of landscape while staying in infinite space. Recently the interior designer for the Aman Resort, Tokyo was so taken with his paintings that she commissioned 15 for their suites.
